Feature Enhancements:
- Add new instrument after current one (was: before)
- Added more comfortable "Select Private Sound" button to inspector

Resolved Bugs:
- Clicking an existing chord selection in a progression should unselect it
- Instrument inspector: Inserting/replacing a device description had issues
- Fixed issues with selecting tracks through keyboard commands
- "Adopt Properties From Sound" disabled if a replacement sound is used

Other Changes:
- Panels should not block other applications when inactive
- Instrument inspector: Hints are misleading if port is unknown (shown red)
- Sometimes last take showed up as "REC" after loading a file
- Minor streamlining with instrument inspector
- Misc graphics tweaks
